These pieces are often produced in limited quantities and may sell out quickly.#### Why Pre-Order - Secure limited releases in advance - Early access to exclusive pieces - Some items include special pricing or packaging#### Shipping Timeline - Estimated shipping windows are shown on each product page - Orders ship once production is complete - You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking when your order is dispatched#### Mixed Orders - If your cart includes both pre-order and in-stock items, we’ll ship the full order together when the pre-order item is ready - If you need in-stock items sooner, we recommend placing two separate orders#### Payment and Confirmation - Payment is taken at checkout - A confirmation email is sent immediately after your order is placed#### Returns and Exchanges - Pre-orders follow our [Return & Exchange Policy](https://help.octagonparis.com/en/articles/12292930-octagon-paris-sales-return-exchange-policy) unless otherwise stated as final sale#### Need Help?
