Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging
All original tags must be included

Once approved, you’ll receive a prepaid return label via email
Package items securely and attach the return label
Drop off at any authorized shipping location
Refunds are processed within 14 business days after our returns department receives and inspects your return
Return Shipping Cost
Return shipping label cost will be deducted from your refund
All returns must use our company-issued return label for proper tracking

DAMAGED OR LOST PACKAGES
Package Issues

Lost packages: We'll investigate and replace or refund immediately
Wrong items received: We'll arrange immediate exchange
