What if my items arrives damaged or gets lost?

LOST PACKAGES

If your package hasn’t arrived and appears to be lost, please contact us at [email protected] using 'Parcel Not Received' as your enquiry reason.

Include the following in your message:

  • Order number

  • Full name and email

  • Any relevant tracking information

Our team will investigate and assist you with a resolution.

DAMAGED PACKAGES

If your order arrives damaged, please reach out within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected] using 'Faulty Product' as your enquiry reason

Include:

  • Order number, full name, and email

  • Photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging

Once reviewed, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund if applicable.
